• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of various welding techniques, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects including ductwork, structural components, and custom fabrication in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• *Requirements & Duties:
• Must have** solid, proven experience in Aluminum, TIG, MIG, and Stainless welding
• Strong TIG and MIG skills on aluminum and stainless is non-negotiable
• Ambitious, hardworking, and reliable
• Common sense and the ability to work with minimal direction/supervision
• Willing to work more than 5 hours a day and get the job done right
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal parts according to technical specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
• Operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment
• Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and quality standards
• Rigging components for assembly or movement using cranes or forklifts as needed
• Conduct machining operations for component preparation when required
• Assist in assembly processes, ensuring proper fit and finish of welded parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and performing routine equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving ductwork, construction elements, or custom fabrications

• Proficiency in MIG welding and TIG welding techniques with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing setting
• Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, assembly, and equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, forklifts, and hand tools
• Experience with plasma cutting, press brake machines, machining tools, calipers, and power tools
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes
• Knowledge of schematics related to manufacturing or construction projects
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment involving welding and heavy machinery
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

This is not a “clock in and coast” position. We need someone who takes pride in their work, can think on their feet, and is ready to contribute beyond just running beads.
