Elevate your welding career with Precision Drilling as a Journeyman Welder. This role centers on fabricating and repairing drilling rig components while mentoring apprentices in a collaborative work environment.

As a skilled Journeyman Welder, you will bring expertise in various welding processes, including FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality workmanship by reading blueprints and adhering to industry codes. Collaborating with the Lead Hand, you will support project execution and promote a safe working culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and repair
• Perform structural welding using multiple processes
• Operate welding, hoisting, and lifting equipment safely
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Mentor apprentices while maintaining positive communication

Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Welder with recognized apprenticeship
