Job Description
Duties
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper food handling procedures
• Assist with preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, dining areas and washrooms through thorough cleaning
• Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes and ensuring the area remains tidy

Requirements
• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required;
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and cleaning
• some knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
