Job Description
Take the lead in an engaging restaurant setting, gaining experience in all facets of restaurant management. Duties:

- Manage bars, service floors, patios, door, and kitchen during peak business hours

- Provide customer service to diners and guests, assuring they are comfortable and attended to

- Coach, support, and train FOH and support staff

- Maintain inventory controls

- Assist in overall management of restaurant operations, including sanitation, ordering, maintenance inspections

Required Skills:

- Organized and attentive

- Can problem-solve quickly

- Manages time well and can prioritize multiple ongoing tasks

- Values customer experience and good customer service

- General knowledge of food and beverage is an asset

- Restaurant supervision experience is an asset

- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
