Job Description
Elevate breakfast experiences at Land Sea as a Breakfast Cook and Baker in Edmonton, AB. You'll prepare delicious breakfast dishes and baked goods for our remote camps.

Land Sea is seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook and Baker with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. This full-time position involves preparing breakfast from a predetermined menu, with a strong emphasis on scratch baking. You’ll work 20 days on and 10 days off, at camps that provide meals, accommodation, and health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of breakfast items to order

• Maintain a minimum of 70% scratch baking

• Collaborate on menu planning with the Head Cook

• Keep the kitchen organized and sanitized

• Assist with grocery stocking and inventory counts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of breakfast cooking experience

• Strong baking skills with attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required

• Must pass drug and alcohol testing
