Restaurant Brand Leader: Full-Service Restaurant (FSR) experience preferred.

Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, the Restaurant Brand Leader will ensure that the brand excels in operations and maximize Brand awareness & growth, always be up to date and exciting to customers.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the Main representative between the restaurant’s franchisor and franchisee.
• Implements Brand guidelines and maintains the global image of the Full-Service Restaurants.
• Ensure all aspects of Franchise Law (Where applicable) are adhered to.
• Ensure that the franchisees are in compliance with the current Franchisee Agreement.
• Implement and maintain the operations manual in compliance with Foodtastic objectives and FDD.
• Optimize operations vs cost to maintain the right balance for both cost & operations with healthy economical practices.
• Act as the brand ambassador internally and externally.
• Market dynamics, competitor tactics, consumer behavior, (menu limitations), taste mindset. (Create Craveable products)
• Maintain a Strong competitive Supply Chain.
• Maintain corporate communications with Franchisees, lead and hold regular FAC meetings.
• Respect Ad Fund Budget and set clear Advertising Objectives
• Making sure that branding is consistent for all advertising campaigns across all markets.
• Create and maintain a strong Foodtastic Franchisee support Team.
• Driving sales and achieving unit growth.
• Set Clear geometric target Development Goals.

Communications & Working Relationships (Internal/ External):
• Works with Training, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance

Experience, Skills & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent educations in Hospitalities, Food Industry.
• Full Service Restaurant industry experience.
• Experience in high-volume bar, pub, and sports-oriented hospitality environments
• Background in bar, pub, and sports-themed foodservice operations
• Minimum 7 years of total experience in Hospitalities and Food Industry.
• Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original idea
