Part-Time Security Guards required for a retail client in Edmonton

Schedule: Mon to Saturday 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm (Evening Shift)

Total: 24 hours per week.

Payrate: $20.81/hr

Experience and Qualifications:
• Valid Security Guard License
• Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong Communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to complete and write reports
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Previous security experience would be an asset
• Basic Computer Skills

Duties (But not limited to)
• Maintain clear communication with Store Management
• Observe and monitor all activity within assigned patrol areas, including visitors, staff, deliveries, contractors, and vehicles
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft, civil unrest, or other undesirable activity.
• Observe and report all safety concerns, criminal behavior, or suspicious activity to Store Management or Asset Protection.
• Maintain an alert, attentive, and professional demeanor at all times.Escalate emergencies appropriately while prioritizing safety and compliance with store policies.
