Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food service operations are preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to food safety and excellent customer service.

Duties
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Process payments efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with basic math skills
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and safety standards
• Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a tidy environment
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively through strong time management skills
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest inquiries confidently

Requirements
• Previous experience in food industry or restaurant service preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
