Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations for a large facility in **Toronto, Ontario, CA**. Motivate and lead the cleaning team to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Proven knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for industrial environments. Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and motivate a team. Experience with scheduling and inventory management. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks when necessary and oversee operations on foot. Reliability and a strong work ethic. First Aid and WHMIS certification is a plus.
