Place de Ville comprises four office buildings (Towers A, B, C, and the Podium), along with two major hotels—An underground shopping concourse connects the buildings.

Full-Time Security Guard - Place de Ville

Site:
320 Queen Street

Hours:
2300-0700 (Sunday-Thursday)

Overtime Method:
Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Pay rate:
$18.35/hour

Job Duties:
• Proactive & reactive security patrols
• Response to incidents
• Report writing
• Investigate routine incidents
• Liase with emergency responders during any emergency situations
• Work with team to complete daily tasks
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
• Functional ability with computers and technology (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Superior customer service and professionalism
• Fluency in English (oral & written)
• Fluency in French (oral & written) is considered an asset
• Ability to function independently and multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment
• Ability to perform consistent patrols on foot
• Ability to follow instructions and enforce on-site protocols and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
• First Aid & CPR – Level C
