Job Description
We are looking for Plumbers / Pipefitters for our various multi-residential projects (new condominiums). We are developing the Bromont and South Shore regions and are looking for journeymen and apprentices to support us in our growth. Plumbers are responsible for installing plumbing and natural gas systems on construction projects.

1. Installation of water supply networks

Install drinking water pipes from the main inlet to the sanitary appliances in each unit.

Ensure the connection of the networks to the various water points: kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, laundry rooms, etc.

2. Install Drains

Install wastewater drainage systems for each unit (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks).

Provide connections to main sewer systems or septic tanks, according to the project plan.

3. Install Plumbing Fixtures

Install showers, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, showers, and necessary connections in each unit.

Ensure that each fixture is properly connected and operating safely.

4. Connection to heating and hot water systems

Install and connect central heating systems or boilers to the various networks.

Set up hot water supply systems for each condo.

5. Set up air conditioning and ventilation systems

Install the necessary ducts for air conditioning or ventilation systems in each unit and common areas.

Ensure good sealing and good air distribution.

6. Checking and testing installed systems

Once the installation is complete, the plumber must test all systems to ensure there are no leaks or malfunctions.

Make adjustments if necessary to ensure optimal operation.
