Job Description
Are you a reliable, highly motivated, and versatile professional who thrives in a hands-on environment? Randstad is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver & Customer Service Representative to join a leading automotive paint distributor in the Red Deer area.

You will be the face of our fulfillment operations, blending daily warehouse responsibilities with extensive in-field customer interaction. Most of your time will be spent servicing our local Red Deer clients, but the role also includes an exciting long-haul delivery route to British Columbia (Maple Ridge and Prince George) once a month.

Responsibilities
Safely complete daily local routes and a monthly 2-days trip to BC.
Deliver top-tier customer service to meet KPIs and drive client satisfaction.
Process on-site orders, manage vendor inventory, and troubleshoot client issues.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery at the fulfillment centre.
Manage inventory control, general administration, and basic accounts receivable.

Qualifications
Must possess a clean driving record. An acceptable Driver’s Abstract is a strict condition of employment for hire and post-hire.
Proven experience in fulfillment, customer service, or commercial driving
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties and can safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive delivery deadlines.
