At Rostel Industries, the Experienced Welder role involves significant responsibility in fabricating and repairing drilling rig components to meet high standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and more
• Interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately
• Operate lifting and welding equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Provide mentorship and support for apprentices

Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Welder with apprenticeship or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3–5 years in fabrication with strong welding capabilities
