Job Description
A true chef de rang within the bar, the sommelier/limonadier will be present on the floor to welcome guests, take orders (drinks and food), and ensure a memorable experience centered around wine and spirits.

What You'll Do
• Set up and open the bar.
• Welcome guests and take orders.
• Promote and sell wines by the glass, bottles, cocktails, spirits, and bar food.
• Participate in wine events at Boulevardier, Flâneur, and Les Cousins bar (with the head sommelier).
• Close the bar.
• Prepare cocktails in the absence of bartenders.

What You'll Bring
