Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing schematics, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in using various tools and equipment. The Plumber will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

We are looking for people that are able to work weekends and after ours on call as needed.

Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• Assemble and build plumbing systems using power tools and welding techniques as necessary.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians when required for integrated systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing systems and provide effective solutions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards while performing all tasks.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for calculations related to installations.
• Experience with power tools, welding, HVAC systems, and carpentry is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
