Job Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Floor Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the Club’s dining outlets while also managing critical administrative functions.

The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for leading all front-of-house restaurant operations during service, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless Member experience across all dining outlets at the Club. As the senior leader on the floor, this role provides direction to Supervisors and service teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong team performance, and a consistently high standard of hospitality. This position plays a key role in delivering operational excellence and upholding The Boulevard Club’s service culture.

Salary range: $50,000 – $56,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary responsibilities of this role, including but not limited to:
• Oversee daily operations across all dining outlets, ensuring seamless and consistent service execution
• Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Supervisors and front-of-house team members
• Ensure all dining areas, including main dining rooms and patio spaces, are service-ready and operating efficiently
• Monitor service flow, member & guest satisfaction, and operational standards throughout service periods
• Handle and resolve Member concerns professionally, escalating where appropriate
• Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels based on business needs
• Support payroll administration, including time and attendance accuracy and approvals, in accordance with Club policies
• Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and vendor coordination for front-of-house operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
• Ensure compliance with Smart Serve, health and safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure cohesive service delivery
• Support budgeting, cost control initiatives, and operational reporting as required
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and service excellence

Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or private club environment
• Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and operations
• Experience with scheduling, payroll support, and inventory/ordering processes
• Smart Serve Certification – required
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage both operational and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, team leadership, and continuous improvement
