Job Description
Front of House Supervisor | Ottawa | Premium Casual Dining

Ready to level up? We're looking for someone who's done their time on the floor and is ready to step into a leadership role at one of Ottawa's most recognized dining destinations.

The Vibe

Think: globally inspired food, handcrafted cocktails, a bustling bar lounge, and a team that actually likes coming to work. We're a well-known national restaurant group with multiple Ottawa locations — the kind of place that's packed on a Tuesday because the energy is just that good. Our guests come for date nights, happy hours, late-night bites, and everything in between. Your job is to make sure every single one of them leaves happy.

The Role

We're hiring a Front of House Supervisor — someone who can hold it down during a busy service, support and motivate the team, and bring a calm, confident presence on the floor. You're not just babysitting tables; you're setting the standard.

What you'll actually do:
• Lead FOH team members through shifts with positivity and purpose
• Handle guest situations on the spot — with empathy and efficiency
• Support the management team with opening/closing responsibilities
• Keep the floor organized, the energy up, and the experience on point
• Be a go-to resource for newer staff

What We're Looking For
• Some experience in a supervisory or lead role in a restaurant (even informal — shift lead, trainer, etc.)
• A genuine passion for hospitality and great guest experiences
• Someone who communicates well and lifts the people around them
• Comfortable on a busy floor and cool under pressure
• Smart casual presentation — you're guest-facing every shift

You don't need a decade of management experience. You need the right attitude, the work ethic to back it up, and the ambition to grow.

What's In It For You

✔ Competitive salary

✔ Flexible scheduling

✔ Real career advancement — we promote from within, consistently

✔ An environment where your leadership is recognized and developed

✔ Working with a team that has fun and takes their craft seriously

The Opportunity

This is a legitimate step up — a real foothold in restaurant management at a brand that's going places. If you've been waiting for the right opportunity to grow beyond the floor, this is it.
