Job Description
Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and various welding techniques to repair on the Trucks, trailers and other equipments.

Duties
• Perform MIG and TIG welding to join metal components accurately according to specifications.
• Operate press brake machines, and power tools for shaping and forming materials.
• Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure precise cuts and assemblies.
• Rigging materials and utilizing cranes or forklifts for moving heavy components safely.
• Conduct machining operations as needed for component fabrication.
• Assemble fabricated parts using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to welding, cutting, and machinery operation.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues by applying mechanical knowledge and schematics understanding.

Requirements
• Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG) with the ability to finish the jobs as per schedule
• Mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes including press brake operation, machining, and assembly.
• Familiarity with rigging, forklift handling, and use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
