This full-time, permanent position offers 10+ hour shifts in an advanced shop where you can utilize specialized tools and learn from industry experts. Ideal candidates have off-road experience, adept at metal core and flux core welding, ensuring top-notch results in a team-oriented and independent work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair various civil construction mobile equipment
• Interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately
• Execute welding processes with MCAW and FCAW methods
• Safely use overhead cranes in the shop
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and workmanship

Requirements:
• Red Seal certification or 3rd year welding apprentice
• Proven off-road welding experience
• Full set of hand tools
• Steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
