Job Description
Ultimate Security Services Inc is currently hiring an Security Operations Office Administrator and Reception.

The Security Operations Office Administrator will be the main point of contact for all visitors to Head Office. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations. They will provide Dispatch communication with Security Guards regarding incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc., and log details of radio transmission, telephone calls and verbal instructions.

Duties include but not limited:
• Answer the door, phones, texts and Emails.
• Effectively communicate with clients.
• Dispatch Security Guards to incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc. Log details of radio transmission, telephone calls and verbal instructions
• Maintain various logs.
• Direct backup support as necessary.
• Inform Management of all incidents.
• Conduct security uniform and equipment audits.
• Maintain key control, lost and found and emergency contact lists.
• Monitoring CCTV system for unwanted activity, and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have:
• Previous Security Operations or Office Administration experience.
• Shift flexibility.
• Experience with a Security firm or as a Security Guard in Ontario would be an asset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems or procedures.
• Ability to schedule and cover open shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and be comfortable with technologically.
• Proficient with emails, texts and answering phones.
• Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act an asset
• The ability to function proficiently in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
• A strong customer service focus, able to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Customer Service experience

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
