What does a Assistant Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary do?
β€’ Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.
β€’ Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
β€’ Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
β€’ Providing excellent customer service to various tenants.
β€’ Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
β€’ Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis.
β€’ Coordinating day to day operations to the shift supervisor

Qualifications we require for an Assistant Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary
β€’ 1-3 years experience in security supervisor experience
β€’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
β€’ Valid Alberta Security license
β€’ Must be able to work 4/4 12 hour rotational shift 2 days/2 nights
β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written.
β€’ Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
β€’ Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
β€’ Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
