Job Overview:

Unity Recruitments Inc. is currently hiring skilled TIG Welders for our client in Mississauga. This is a long-term opportunity for experienced welders who can deliver high-quality, precise welds on various metal components, including stainless steel and aluminum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings based on material and job requirements
• Ensure high-quality welds with attention to detail and accuracy
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet specifications and standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a TIG Welder
• Ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum with precision
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• CWB certification is an asset
