Our member is looking for a 306A Licensed Residential & Commercial Service Plumber, to join their team in Mississauga, ON.

Job Title: 306A Licensed Service Plumber

Salary Range: To be determined by employer based on experience

Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble pipes and fittings using soldering techniques, compression fittings, and other joining methods
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required for plumbing installations
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, to ensure efficient project completion
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues or potential problems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber or in a related field
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in tight spaces
• Experience with welding is a plus
