Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced food service environment while delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Duties
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS if available
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving
• Assist in setting up dining areas, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally

Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
• Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the food industry
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior kitchen or food preparation experience is advantageous
