JOB TITLE:

Cleaning Associate

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Cleaning Associate is the core of the Cleaning Team.

The Cleaning Associate delivers exceptional services to the properties we service and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. You are more than a cleaner. You are a brand ambassador of Impact Cleaning Services. You fundamental to the health of the spaces we service.

It is imperative that you understand Impact’s processes, policies, and procedures, so you can deliver exceptional services that meet those standards.

Your purpose is to create the world’s cleanest commercial properties.

REPORTS TO:

Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Lead

DIRECT REPORTS:

N/A

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage
β€’ Deliver services to the standards outlined within each contract, scope of work and/or standard operating procedure
β€’ Keep your cart and tools clean and orderly at all times
β€’ Maintain a clean and professional uniform and look while on the job

Support
β€’ Work with Cleaning Team to identify areas for improvement within your assigned areas
β€’ Ensure all your tools are in safe working condition
β€’ Work with the Supervisor and/or Lead to maintain adequate supply levels

Collaborate
β€’ Provide support and feedback to the Supervisor and/or Lead
β€’ Any additional duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

QUALIFICATIONS:
β€’ 1+ years in a cleaning role is preferred
β€’ Proficiency with the use of smart phones and mobile applications
β€’ In a position to complete a security background check in good standing
β€’ You take immense pride in the quality of your work

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Full-time on-site and may be required to work after-hours, as well as weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
β€’ Strength Guidelines

May need to lift boxes and other office items up to 20 pounds and cleaning products and equipment up to 50 pounds.
β€’ Motion Parameters

May be required to sit, stand, operate light equipment and vehicles for extended periods of time.
β€’ Vision and Hearing Requirements

May need to spend extended periods of time in front of a computer screen. Will need to be able to adapt to driving conditions.
β€’ Psychological Demands

May be required to solve problems and provide analysis to manager. May need to make quick decisions within short time constraints. May need to performance manage and provide disciplinary action to direct reports.
