Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with strong experience in aluminum welding to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production welding, blueprint reading, and maintaining high-quality standards in the work environment.

Location: Scarborough, Ontario

Pay Rate: Up to $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: 3:30PM-11:45PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel components

• Fabricate and assemble parts using various tools and equipment

• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and remove any defects or spatter

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and productivity

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong experience with aluminum welding (mandatory)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Welding certifications (CWB, AWS, ASME) considered an asset

• Experience operating shop equipment and tools is an asset
