Oversee on-site cleaning services as an experienced Janitorial Services Manager. Ensure effective staff training, budget management, and operational assessments to achieve superior cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
This management role requires 1-2 years of experience in janitorial environments. You will be responsible for creating policies, controlling inventory, and efficiently hiring staff. Additionally, addressing customer complaints will be a key focus to enhance overall service quality.
