Job Description
Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of hospitality across our food and beverage outlets. Candidates with backgrounds in food preparation, cooking, hospitality, and restaurant experience are encouraged to apply. Previous supervisory and team management experience is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Supervise and train staff, including interviewing, onboarding, and performance management
• Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards and food safety compliance
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of supplies
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee team performance
• Implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food presentation, and special events

Experience
• Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong background in food handling, preparation, cooking, and serving techniques
• Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP)
• Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Bar management background is desirable but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively
