Due to increased demand, we are hiring On-Call Cleaners in Calgary to support our growing schedule.
Job Overview
As an On-Call Cleaner, you will assist with:
• Same-day and short-notice cleaning jobs
• Overflow work during busy periods
• Coverage for scheduled cleaners
This is a flexible, part-time cleaning position where you can accept jobs based on your availability.
Work includes residential cleaning jobs and occasional light commercial cleaning.
Cleaning ResponsibilitiesResidential Cleaning
• Perform standard and deep house cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
• Clean floors, surfaces, baseboards, and appliances
• Dust and detail interior areas, including windows when required
• Complete move-in and move-out cleaning services
• Handle post-construction cleaning tasks efficiently
• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards on every job
Additional Duties
• Use proper cleaning products and follow safety procedures
• Report damages or issues immediately
• Communicate using company systems or messaging apps
• Respect client homes and maintain professionalism
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or janitorial)
• Ability to accept on-call or short-notice cleaning jobs
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
• Smartphone with data (for scheduling and communication)
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently
