the Job Posting: Laundry Attendant / Public Area Cleaner

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant / Public Area Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or public area cleaning and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities:
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including the lobby, hallways, washrooms, and common spaces
• Ensure cleaning supplies and laundry stock are maintained
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and support other departments when needed
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience in laundry services and/or public area cleaning is required
• Must understand and perform well in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Weekend and evening availability may be required
• Physically able to lift, push, and stand for extended periods
