Job Description
Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and kitchen experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. As a vital part of our management team, the Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary expertise while managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties
• Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items with high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and leadership to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving to guests, maintaining consistency across all menu items.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to facilitate seamless service and uphold excellent customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols within the kitchen environment, including proper use of equipment and sanitation practices.
• Support restaurant management in daily operational tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
