Ravensthorpe Restaurant is building its pre-opening team
for a distinctive new hospitality concept in Adliya, Manama.

Combining refined hospitality, quality-driven cuisine, immersive live entertainment, and a strong visual identity, Ravensthorpe is designed to offer guests a memorable dining experience in an elegant, vibrant, and atmospheric setting.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new restaurant from the beginning and become part of a concept where food, service, music, performance, and guest experience come together as one.

The venue will feature approximately
100 seats
, offering both an accessible casual dining experience and a refined
premium steakhouse experience
within one cohesive culinary identity.

At the heart of Ravensthorpe is a bold concept inspired by
Nordic and medieval European traditions
, old-world European character, rustic elegance, contemporary technique, and the strength of a modern European grill and steakhouse approach.

The guest experience will be elevated by immersive live entertainment, including pagan folk and Celtic-inspired music, live shows, fire performances,
live drumming
, and curated DJ sets with modern Nordic-inspired and tribal elements.

Role Overview
These are full-time, on-site positions based in
Adliya, Manama
.

Selected candidates will join the opening team and help deliver a high-standard guest experience across food, beverage, service, atmosphere, and entertainment.

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated professionals who understand the importance of teamwork, presentation, consistency, and attention to detail in a premium hospitality environment.

Immediate availability is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent performance within your assigned role and department
• Support the restaurant’s concept, standards, and guest experience
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong teamwork
• Follow operational procedures and management instructions
• Ensure consistency, cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail
• Contribute positively to the pre-opening phase and daily operations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Work closely with management and team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements
• Previous experience in the relevant position is preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, music, performance, or guest service
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, live venues, events, or premium hospitality environments is an advantage

For Kitchen roles:
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, kitchen organization, and section standards is required.
For FOH roles:

Strong guest service skills, good English communication, confidence, grooming, and attention to detail are required.

Arabic communication skills are an advantage.

For Entertainment roles:

Previous live performance experience in restaurants, hotels, events, or entertainment venues is highly valued.
