About the Roles:
We are urgently hiring for two key positions: Foreman and Fabricator Cum Welder. Candidates with relevant experience and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

1. Foreman

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction, civil, and maintenance works, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Manage site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and guide team members.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid Bahrain Driving Licence.
• 2–3 years of experience in Bahrain.
• Experience in construction, civil, and maintenance projects.
• Strong supervision, coordination, and leadership skills.

2. Fabricator Cum Welder

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and weld metal components according to technical drawings.
• Perform Gas Welding, Electrical Welding, and TIG Welding tasks.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance during fabrication.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in fabrication and welding works.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Skilled in Gas, Electrical, and TIG Welding techniques.
