Job Description
We’re Hiring – Commis I,II & Commis III (Kitchen Team)

Dawa Restaurant – part of the renowned Villa Mamas Restaurant Group with a global presence in Bahrain, UAE, KSA, and the UK – is looking for experienced and passionate Commis I, II & III Chefs to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, measuring, portioning) as per recipes and standards.
• Cook and present dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure every plate meets the restaurant’s quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment at all times.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist in stock rotation, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support smooth daily kitchen operations and work closely with the team during service.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience as Commis Chef I, II & III in a reputable restaurant or cafe.
• Passion for culinary arts with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen practices.
• knowledge of POS will be a plus point
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
