We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when requested
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure all items meet quality standards
• Check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Follow all restaurant hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Offer: 250 BD inclusive of transport & housing allowance
