Role Description

This is a full-time Plumbing Foreman position, based on-site in Manama. The Plumbing Foreman will oversee and lead a team of plumbing professionals, ensuring the successful execution of plumbing and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include assigning tasks, supervising projects to completion, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The individual will also engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns when necessary.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring
• Expertise in Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems installation and maintenance
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions
• Trade certification in plumbing or a related field is advantageous
• Experience with plumbing systems in a construction or infrastructure setting is a plus
