Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Manager – QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
Location: Djibouti (relocation required)
Salary & Benefits: USD 900 (~340 BHD) per month, free accommodation, free meals, no transport needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the QSR to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
• Implement marketing or promotional initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Report to regional management with updates on performance, challenges, and staff.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a QSR.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Djibouti.
