Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a hands-on management approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
• Supervise waiters, cashiers, baristas, and kitchen coordination
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Support staff training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates
• Support cost control and operational efficiency

Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in restaurant supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Experience handling POS systems and reporting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Ready to join immediately
