Cleaning Manager/Soft Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Direct daily operations for soft services like cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and laundry.
Contract & Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractors and service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise service personnel, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct regular audits and inspections to meet safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Budgeting & Financial Control: Drive forecasting, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving efficiencies.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for client complaints, service requests, and facility enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or any related field

With 10-15 years experience in GCC

Any related certificates will be an advantage

Salary: 1000-1200BHD + Family Status + Accommodation & Car
