MIG & ARC Welder

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join metal parts.
• Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure that all welds meet company and industry standards.
• Produce clean, strong, and defect-free welds. Ensure proper alignment,dimensions, weld quality, and finishing of fabricated structures.

Qualification:
• MIG & ARC Welder for steel structure fabrication works @ Factory/Site.

The ideal candidate should have :
• Minimum 2-3 Year experience in
• the same field, SSLC or Equivalent. ITI /NCVT certified preferred.
• Minimum 3G welding qualification required.

Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other fabricators, welders, and site engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to the development of fabrication strategies.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
