Café Supervisor

Job Title: Café Supervisor – DAWN Café | DAWN Café – Al Ain City, UAE is looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team. | Requirements: | 🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience in the UAE, preferably in cafés or restaurants. | 🔹 Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader. | 🔹 Strong experience in staff management, scheduling, and shift supervision. | 🔹 Excellent customer service and communication skills. | 🔹 Ability to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally. | 🔹 Experience in staff training and performance monitoring. | 🔹 Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and ordering. | 🔹 Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards. | 🔹 Ability to monitor daily operations and ensure company procedures are followed. | 🔹 Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own car. | 🔹 Good command of English. | 🔹 Flexible with working hours. | 🔹 Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred. | 📍 Location: DAWN Café – Al Ain City, UAE | 📩 To apply: Please send your CV along with your current location, expected salary, notice period, and earliest joining date.
