Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall daily operations of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service and food quality standards, controlling costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation.
• Monitor restaurant sales, operational performance, and service standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for daily operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve their performance.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs to minimize wastage.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and proper storage of supplies.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS procedures, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are maintained.
• Monitor equipment and facility issues and coordinate with management for necessary repairs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports when required.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist management in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Handle staff concerns and operational issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, or in a similar managerial role.
• UAE experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of sales, cost control, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
