Restaurant Manager

TAF Restaurant, a growing Pakistani restaurant in Ajman, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team management, and business growth.

We need a strong leader who can manage everything efficiently and help increase sales while maintaining excellent food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full restaurant operations (kitchen, service, and staff)
• Manage and train staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Control costs, inventory, and wastage
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage suppliers and coordinate purchasing
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage overall performance

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (preferably in Pakistani/Asian cuisine)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, costing, and inventory
• Sales-driven mindset with business development skills
• Good communication skills (English required, Urdu/Hindi preferred)
• Must be currently in UAE
