Greet guests warmly and promptly, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their experience.Take accurate drink and food orders, memorizing specials and proactively suggesting pairings to enhance the guest's choices.Deliver orders efficiently and gracefully, ensuring drinks and food are served at the correct temperature and presentation standards.Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the guest's visit, anticipating needs and promptly addressing any concerns. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment is highly desirable.Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry is ideal.
