Job Description
Light engineering factory in Samcorpark, Pretoria requires a qualified red seal welder with at least 3 years experience post qualification.

Reading and understanding of manufacturing drawings is a crucial skill, and MIG (CO2) welding of steel sheet and members - ranging between 2mm thickness and 10mm thickness - to manufacture agricultural processing equipment.

Only qualified welders with at least 3 years post qualification experience need apply - as the succesful applicant will need to mentor apprentice trainees.

Co2 MIG Welding of mild steel and stainless steel crucial skill

TIG welding ability will be advantageous

Preference will be given to applicants living near Silverton, Pretoria, GP or with own reliable transport - as overtime is a frequent requirement for this position
