Job Description
A well-established company based in Centurion is looking for an Artisan Plumber to join their team. This individual will be responsible for to carry out timeous and quality planned, preventative and emergency maintenance. · Report for on-site maintenance work & obtain off-site check out on job cards, as per Client & Company requirements. · Deliver planned & reactive maintenance service covering full hard FM spectrum on Plumbing installations & minor building works. · Undertake daily reactive maintenance tasks as given by the Supervisor, attend to leakages & blocked drains & performing general plumbing duties. · Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client & Company requirements. · Conduct maintenance on plumbing equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification. · Perform inspection of facility, plumbing equipment on site, identify areas of risk & report back for rectification. · Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA & job plans. · Ensure quality of work & timeous completion of all field requests. · Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations. · Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA & job plans. · Identify potential problems or hazards on Client equipment for investigation, evaluation & resolution. · Ensure quality of work & timeous completion of all field request. · Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations. · Minimum N3 - N6 in Plumbing. · Matric/Grade 12 (Technical Matric advantageous). · Valid SA Driver's License. · 3 years in trade with experience in plumbing equipment maintenance and digital control systems. · Training on hand tools, electrical and mechanical equipment. · MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level). · Knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
