We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team at a reputable private hospital in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing, with specific experience in the hospital or healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures throughout the hospital facility, including sinks, toilets, showers, and medical gas systems.
• Installation: Install, assemble, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Medical Gas Systems: Inspect, maintain, and repair medical gas systems, including oxygen, nitrogen, and vacuum systems, to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, leaks, and water damage incidents to minimize disruption to hospital operations and prevent damage to property.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work adheres to safety regulations, infection control protocols, and hospital policies to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of plumbing maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, including documentation of equipment specifications and warranties.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance staff, engineers, and hospital personnel to coordinate plumbing work with other departments and support seamless operations.

Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumber, with specific experience in the hospital or healthcare sector preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and standards applicable to healthcare facilities.
• Experience with medical gas systems installation, maintenance, and testing preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
