Job Description: As a Pick and Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing orders for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include: - Picking and packing products according to customer orders - Checking and verifying items against order forms - Labeling and packaging items for shipment - Maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels - Organizing and restocking shelves and storage areas - Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Ensuring all orders are packed securely and in accordance with company standards - Reporting any damaged or missing items to the supervisor - Following all safety procedures and guidelines - Maintaining a clean and organized work area Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Basic computer skills - Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
