Our client, a leading provider of commercial cleaning solutions, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Cleaning Services Supervisor to manage and oversee their cleaning operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to lead your team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene from your home office. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff across various client sites. Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client needs and standards. Conduct regular quality assurance inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met. Train and mentor cleaning personnel, providing guidance on techniques, safety procedures, and client service. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage. Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to cleaning operations. Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services. Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures in cleaning operations. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cleaning or facility management is a plus. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in professional cleaning services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques. Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP principles where applicable).
