Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support a residential home cleaning company based in US. This role will play a key part in managing daily operations, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, cleaners, and management.

The position is primarily focused on sales and day-to-day operational support, including responding to customer inquiries, booking and rescheduling cleanings, coordinating cleaner schedules, and assisting with administrative and managerial tasks.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong written and verbal English communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience balancing ongoing projects with daily responsibilities in a fast-paced service business.

Shift: Sunday - Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM CST

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and messages for residential cleaning services in the Tampa area
• Managing customer service inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating cleaning appointments with field cleaners
• Supporting cleaner management, including attendance tracking and job confirmations
• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales (required)
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work fully remotely

This is a fully remote position with opportunities for long-term growth and performance-based pay increases.
